INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!!!  Wish I could give a 10 star rating! I ran into an issue where my garage door broke, would not open and my vehicle was inside the garage.  I called several local companies who were booked and could not help.  In comes Jon @ Ohearn.  First, I called, he didn't answer (he was busy).  I didn't leave a message because I was panicked and wanted to get someone on the line right away.  Well, he called me right back even though I had not left a message.  He came out within the hour to evaluate my situation.  He manually opened the garage for me so I could get my vehicle out.  He was able to imediately identify the issue and said he would get the part ordered and contact me back to let me know when he had the part and could come do the repair.  He came the next day and did the repair.  He called several times to keep me posted.  Cost was great too!  What a plus!  To say I am impressed with the level of service I received is an understatment!  Thank you to Jon & his team for an outstanding job and overall experience!  You have a return customer! I would highly recommend OHearn Overhead Doors! Jon the owner is transparent, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He makes the experience enjoyable for the customer and never made me feel pressured to go with certain styles/add ons. He certainly knows what he’s doing and did a phenomenal job. We got our garage door replaced this week by Ohearn Overhead Doors and we are very happy with the outcome & process! We had a 20+ year old dented, scratched and squeaky garage door replaced. The owner Jon came over and gave us an estimate and talked to us about what we were looking for, gave some options without trying to hard sell us on anything extra. Estimate was very reasonable, Once we gave him the go, he ordered the parts and gave us upfront a ballpark timeline of how long it would take for them to come in and when he would be back to replace. He Text me when the parts did come in & then came during that timeframe he said he would. Door looks great, and the new system is much quieter!! They even disposed of all the old equipment for us. I would use them again for sure if I ever needed  garage door help and would recommend them to anybody looking for an honest garage door service for repair or replacement. Finished the doors in 1 day but did not follow instructions. They cut corners and stapled wires across strapping and studs knowing that the area still needed Drywall. When they were asked to come back and fix their work, John (owner) said he would charge for the trip. I suggest doing a walk thru after "completion" and prior to paying in full to be sure their work is up to the agreed upon standard. I will not use them again.
